使用HA粉末通过激光熔覆的方法在纯钛表面制备羟基磷灰石(HA)涂层,并对涂层的物相组成、成分分布和微观结构进行了研究。研究发现激光熔覆过程中,HA在高温下会发生分解生成仪α-Ca3(Po4)2、p—Ca3(Po4)2和CaO2这些分解产物分布于涂层的表层,形成了具有一定生物活性的生物陶瓷层。同时HA还能与Ti之间发生反应生成CaTiO3、P2O3,和H2O。反应产物中的CaTiO,在涂层中部形成了CaTiO,层。反应生成的P20,气体会溶入熔池底部的液态Ti中,熔池凝固后在涂层底部形成Ti3P和由Ti、O、P三种元素组成固溶体。CaTiO3、Ti3P和Ti—O—P固溶体的存在有利于提高涂层和基体的结合强度。
HA coating was fabricated on Ti substrate by laser cladding using HA powder, and the phase structure, composition and microstructure of the coating was investigated. It is found that HA will decompose into c~-Ca3(PO4)2,13-Ca3(PO4)2 and CaO during laser cladding, and these decomposition products mainly distribute on the surface of the coating. Meanwhile, HA can react with Ti, and produce CaTiO3, P203 and H20, and then form a CaTiO3 layer at the middle of the coating. PzO3 can dissolve into molten Ti at the bottom of the laser molten pool, then produce Ti3P, and Ti-O-P solid solution at the bottom of the coating after the coating solidified. The existence of CaTiO3, Ti~P and Ti-O-P solid solution will enhance the adhesion strength of the coating and substrate.
