介绍了6S（整理（SEIRI）、整顿（SEITON）、清扫（SEISO）、清洁（SEIKETSU）、素养（SHITSUKE）、安全（SECURITY））现场管理理念。针对目前高校实验室管理中存在的问题,以生物医学传感器实验室为例,重点探讨了基于6S理念的实验室管理新方法,提出具体可行的改革措施。实践表明,该方法在安全保障、改善环境、人员素质提升等方面取得了显著的效果。
英文摘要：
This paper first presented a brief introduction about 6S（SEIRI,SEITON,SEISO,SEIKET SU,SHITSU KE,SECURITY）,the advanced management theory from modern enterprises.Then detailed discussions were provided for the management of high school laboratory based on 6S concept,in view of the current management problems of biomedical sensor laboratory.Some specific and feasible measures were also taken in this paper.Practice shows that the method achieves better results in security,improvement of the laboratory environment,enhancement of the quality of personnel.
