研究了两种粉煤灰FA(i)、FA(ii)对偶氮染料弱酸性深蓝5R的吸附性能,详细考察了吸附时间、温度、染料浓度、p H值对粉煤灰吸附性能的影响,探讨了吸附平衡和吸附动力学。结果表明:当吸附剂投加量为10g/L,反应时间为150min,p H值为2.0,FA(i)和FA(ii)对弱酸性深蓝5R的去除率均可达到99.80%,吸附量分别为119.93mg/g和159.68mg/g。25℃和40℃下的等温吸附数据分别用Langmuir模型和Freundlich模型进行拟合,结果显示等温吸附行为更符合Freundlich模型,两种灰的吸附量均随温度升高而减小,且吸附反应过程都可用准二级吸附速率方程描述。两种粉煤灰因组成差异使其吸附性能不同,但对水溶液中高浓度弱酸性深蓝5R均有良好的去除效果。
The adsorption properties of two kinds of fly ash( FA( i) and FA( ii)) on weak acid blue 5R( WAB5R) were studied. The effects of some operational parameters such as the contact time required for the sorption equilibrium,solution p H,initial dye concentration and temperature were investigated. The results show that the removal rate of WAB5 R on FA( i) and FA( ii) could all reach 99.8% with the corresponding adsorption capacities of? 119. 93 mg / gand 159. 68 mg / g under the conditions of 10 g·L- 1sorbent dosage,initial solution p H of 2. 0 and contact time of 150 min at 25 ℃. The equilibrium data can be better described by the Freundlich isotherm model than Langmuir model at 25 ℃ and 40℃,respectively. The adsorption capacities decrease with increasing temperature.The adsorption kinetics of WAB5 R on FA( i) and FA( ii) follow the pseudo- second- order kinetic model at 25 ℃ well. The difference of FA composition makes the adsorption properties of FA( i) and FA( ii) different,but they are still effective adsorbents for the removal of WAB5 R with high concentration from aqueous solution and have the potential market value of development and application in wastewater treatment.
