基于ABAQUS/EXPLICIT有限元软件,建立大口径宽幅薄壁环形件径轴向热辗扩热力耦合有限元模型。在不同驱动辊半径、芯辊半径和锥辊锥角下进行有限元模拟,得到不同轧辊尺寸下成形环件应变场的分布规律。结果表明,在模拟轧辊尺寸范围内,随着驱动辊半径增大,应变场分布均匀性减小;随芯辊半径和锥辊锥角的增大,应变场分布均匀性增大。驱动辊尺寸对环件应变场的影响最大,锥辊锥角影响次之,芯辊尺寸影响最小。研究结果为实际生产中轧辊尺寸的选取和优化提供了有效的理论指导。
Thermo-mechanical coupled finite element model of the radial-axial hot ring rolling is established for large-diameter,wide-width and thin-wall ring based on ABAQUS/EXPLICIT.The equivalent strain distributions were obtained by simulation with different drive roll radii,mandrel radii and axial rolls angles.In the range of rolls sizes,the results indicate that the equivalent strain distribution becomes more uneven with the increment of the drive roll radii;the strain distribution becomes more uniform with the increment of mandrel radii and axial rolls angles.And the strain distributions were greatest affected by the drive roll radius while the strain distributions were at least influenced by the mandrel radius.The results provide theoretical guidance for the selection and optimization of the rolls parameter.
