节点电价作为重要的价格信号,对量化分布式电源的贡献和指导配电网的规划建设有着重要作用。以光伏为例,从分布式电源提高供电可靠性的角度出发,基于长期增量成本法提出了计及分布式电源的配电网节点电价计算方法。该方法以初始节点电价作为孤岛划分原则,并根据具体用户类型,采用序贯蒙特卡洛模拟法对负荷点可靠性指标和单位停电损失进行同步求解。针对经济寿命超过物理寿命的情况,对元件投资时间进行了修正,保证投资成本的有效回收。通过RBTS-BUS6系统算例分析表明,所得节点电价能够反映节点供电可靠性水平以及用户类型,基于节点电价的孤岛划分原则更能发挥分布式电源的作用,减少节点电价的同时平衡区域电网发展。
Nodal price plays an important role in planning and construction of distribution network and the quantization of different distributed generations as an important price signal. For the distributed generations can improve the relia- bility of power supply, take photovoltaic for example, a new nodal price calculation method of distribution network considering distributed generations is proposed based on long-run incremental cost method. This method takes the ini- tial node price as the islanding principle, and according to the specific types of users, the load point reliability index and unit outage loss is solved by using the sequential Monte Carlo simulation method. What's more, the investment time of element is revised to ensure the complete recovery of investment cost when economic life is more than physical life. Finally, a numerical example of RTBS-BUS6 system is conducted to show that the method can reflect the power supply reliability level and the type of users of the node. At the same time, islanding principle based on the nodal price can give full play of distributed generations which can reduce the nodal price and even balance the development of re- gional power grid.
