针对某汽车仪表盘右下护板在注射成型过程中表面变形、开裂等问题,运用正交优化试验方法,以降低制品表面残留应力值为目标,对影响制品成型的主要工艺参数进行了优化,运用极差分析法获得了最佳工艺参数组合。经试模,制品表面无开裂等缺陷,符合表面质量要求。
In order to solve the problem of surface deformation and cracking in an injection moulding process for the lower right guard plate of an automobile dash board, orthogonaltest method was used to reduce the surface residual stress and to optimize the main technological parameters. The best process parameters combination was achieved by using the extremum difference analysis.
