Breast cancer research is the hot spot in the field of female tumors. In recent years, postoperative radio- therapy of early breast cancer has been rapid evolution as the update of radiotherapy technology and radiotherapy e- quipment. Research progress of radiation therapy for woman who undergo breast conserving surgery in different ways of irradiation, different doses of segmentation and different types of rays to be reviewed in this article.
