以浅孔抽采钻孔密封工艺为出发点,确定了煤岩作为等效连续介质注浆模型浆液的扩散半径,并基于Comsol multiphysics数值模拟软件对密封液在钻孔周围煤体裂隙中的渗透进行了模拟,分析了粘液在钻孔周围煤体中的渗流规律,开发了新型压塞-粘液封孔工艺,并在新丰煤矿25021回采工作面进行了现场试验,结果表明,瓦斯抽采浓度显著上升,抽采效率得到提高。
With a view to sealing of shallow gas drainage boreholes,the penetration radius of equivalent continuum medium model fluid in coal-rock is determined,and the penetration of seal-ing fluid in fissures of coal mass around boreholes is simulated using the Comsol Multiphysics dig-ital simulation software,together with analysis of the pattern of sealing fluid seepage in coal mass around boreholes.A new technique of sealing boreholes with pressure plugging-viscous sealing fluid is developed and has been tested on Face 25021at Xinfeng Mine.The new technique results in a significant increase of gas concentration and drainage efficiency.
