实施先进制造技术(AMT)是21世纪全球制造业实现技术升级的重要支撑。本研究通过文献评述和问卷调研,建立了组织结构变革、工作变革、人员管理变革与实施AMT关系的结构方程模型,通过对全国307家装备制造企业的问卷调查,分析了三类组织变革行为对AMT实施效果的影响,并考察了情境因素和AMT类别对组织变革与实施AMT的关系。研究发现:(1)人员管理变革是影响企业实施AMT的最关键因素;(2)操作效益、组织管理效益与竞争效益之间存在路径影响关系;(3)实施管理/集成类AMT比设计/制造类AMT对企业组织变革的要求更加紧迫。
Implementation of advanced manufacturing technology( AMT) is an important support to promote the upgrading of manufacturing industry in the 21 st century. This paper establishes a structural equation model to interpret the relationship among organizational structure reform,job reform,people management reform and implementation effect of AMT based on literature review and questionnaire investigation. Through the empirical research of 307 equipment manufacturing enterprises in China,the paper also analyses the different influences of the three types of organizational change on implementation effect of AMT,and examines the influences of context factors and AMT categories on the relationship between organizational change and implementation effect of AMT. The results show that:( 1) People management reform is the most important factor which influences enterprises to implement AMT;( 2) There are significant path relationship among operating benefit,management benefit and competitive benefit;( 3) The administrative /integrated AMT hasmore urgent requirements for organizational change than the design- related /manufacturing AMT.
