目的 总结采用微型外固定架治疗前中足关节内骨折的疗效与方法.方法 对2009年6月-2013年4月收治的21例前中足关节内骨折患者,应用微型外固定架进行治疗.结果 所有患者平均随访18个月,骨折术后全部愈合,愈合时间为6～11周,平均8周.开放伤14例,闭合伤7例,所有开放伤患者皮瓣条件可,清创后直接缝合,无皮瓣坏死发生.足功能恢复按AOFOS标准评定,优15例,良3例,可3例,优良率85.7％,术后无钉道感染、内固定物松动或断裂等并发症.结论 微型外固定架结构简单,操作方便,对足部损伤小,创伤小、固定牢固等优点,为前中足关节内骨折的治疗提供一种新方法.

英文摘要：

Objective To summary the efficacy of mini-external fixator to treat intra-articular fracture of anterior and middle foot.Methods 21 patients with intra-articular fracture of anterior and middle foot were treated with miniexternal fixator in our hospital from June 2009 to April 2013.Results The follow -up period ranged for 18 months,and all cases healed successfully for 6 to 11 weeks after operation,with an average of 8 weeks,including open injury 14 closed injury 7.All patients with open wounds flap were in good condition,direct sutured after debridement,no flap necrosis occured.Evaluated by AOFOS standards,excellent in 15 cases,good in 3 cases,fair in 3 cases,the good rate was 85.7％.There were no complications of pin tract infection,implant loosening or breakage after operation.Conclusion Simple structure,convenient operation and a little of soft tissue injury to the foot make mini-external fixator own the advantage of minimal invasion,firm fixation and so on.It offers a new methed for the treatment of intra-articular fracture of anterior and middle foot.
