工作满意度和组织承诺是态度的两个相互关联的变量。运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法,采用工作满意度问卷和组织承诺问卷,以我国部分省市的高校体育教师为施测被试,对工作满意度的预测因素以及工作满意度与组织承诺的关系进行考察。相关分析和回归分析表明,高校体育教师工作满意度的预测因素有尊重、工作环境、参与决策、工作认可度、工作报酬和工作关系;工作满意度对组织承诺有正向预测作用。
Job Satisfaction and organizational commitment are two variables associated with attitude. In this paper, the authors used literature review, questionnaire and statistics method, investigated the job satisfaction and relations to organizational commitment of PE teachers in colleges and universities in some provinces in China. Correlation analyses and regression analyses indicated that the factors which have played a role on job satisfaction are respect, work conditions, participating decision-making, recognizing, job reward and work relationship; Job satisfaction have positive prediction for organizational commitment.
