研究电磁永磁混合EMS型磁浮列车的吸死防护问题。从理论角度要求风险存在时防护措施既能有效防止吸死,又不会因误保护动作而影响列车正常运行。由此提出一种充分利用间隙变化信息的判定依据,并设计降维观测器及一套独立于悬浮控制器的吸死防护系统。系统由预测模块和保护模块构成。仿真结果表明该吸死判定依据预测准确,防护及时有效。实验结果表明该防护系统能够结合悬浮控制系统,较好地完成悬浮和吸死防护任务。
Research on protection against suspension contact in hybrid EMS maglev train. From the point of theoretic, analyze judgment criterion of suspension contact trend, which demands that the protection measure can prevent suspension contact effectively without affect normal movement of the train due to its behindhand protection signal. Based on this principle, an advanced judgment criterion which makes full use of gap variety information and a reduced-order observer is designed by using the judgment criterion and a set of protection system, which is independent of the suspension controller, is designed. Simulation results show that the judgment criterion can forecast suspension contact trend correctly and can execute protection effectively. And experiment results show that the protection system can complete the assignment of suspension and protection against suspension contact well with the suspension controller.
