Objective：To optimize alcohol extraction process of compound aloe pills.Methods：Aloin as reference to determine the content of aloevera glycosides by HPLC.It was investigated at alcohol concentration,the amount of alcohol,extraction times and extraction time,with aloin and a comprehensive cream as index by orthogonal experimental design.Results：The optimum extraction of crude drug 10 times the amount of 70% ethanol was extracted two times,each time 1h.Conclusion：The extraction process is reasonable,stable and viable to provide a test basis for compound preparation
