目的:探讨毛冬青总提取物抗血栓及对微循环的作用。方法:采用FeCl3诱导大鼠体内血栓模型,结合对小鼠进行胶原蛋白-肾上腺素和角叉菜胶诱发体内血栓实验;观察毛冬青总体物的抗血栓作用,并利用激光多普勒血流仪,测其温控血流变化及RF/PF值。结果:与模型组相比,毛冬青总提取物能显著降低大鼠颈总动脉血栓质量,能使小鼠体内血栓形成的保护率增加、黑尾发生率降低、黑尾相对长度减小,局部微血管热刺激的血流百分变化值增加、压力阻断后反应性充血的RF/PF减小。结论:毛冬青总提取物能抑制体内血栓的形成,改善微循环,保护微循环可能是其作用机制之一。
Objective: To explore the effect and mechanism of the extract of Ilex pubescens on thrombosis and microcirculation.Methods: Collagen-adrenaline,FeCl3,and carrageen were used to induce thrombosis models in mouse or rat respectively to observe the to observe the antithrombotic effect of the extract of Ilex pubescens.Doppler flowmetry was used to measure the heat-provoked change of blood flow and RF/PF value of post occlusive reactive hyperemia.Results: Compared with the result of model group,the extract of Ilex pubescens could significantly reduce the rat common carotid artery thrombus,reduce the incidence and relative length of black ened tail,increase the percentage change of blood flow,and decrease RF/PF.Conclusion: The extract of Ilex pubescens can inhibit thrombosis in vivo and improve microcirculation,which may be the mechanism of inhibitory effect of the extract of Iles on thrombosis.
