采用低压等离子喷涂技术制备MoB/CoCr梯度涂层,对涂层的残余热应力通过ANSYS软件进行分析。计算机模拟分析结果显示,涂层在降温过程中,涂层受压应力,金属材料受拉应力。通过热循环实验表明,由于应力的作用,涂层表面产生宏观裂纹。
MoB/CoCr coating was deposited by low pressure plasma spraying(LPPS).The residual thermal stress of MoB/CoCr gradient coating was analyzed by ANSYS software.The results show that the high tensile stress occurs in the substrate and the high compressive stress occurs in the coating.And the thermal cycling experiment results show that the macro-crack appears on the surface of the coatings under the effect of stress.
