通过对炼钢一连铸生产动态调度问题的分析,建立了基于准时制思想的炼钢一连铸生产动态调度模型.提出了一种基于多个邻域结构和种群进化策略的进化迭代局部搜索算法,用于求解该模型,基于实际生产数据的仿真试验证明了所提出模型和算法的有效性.
According to the analysis of dynamic scheduling for steelmaking-continuous casting process, a dynamic scheduling model based on just-in-time principle is formulated. An evolutionary iterated local search algorithm with the features of multiple neighborhood structures and population-based evolution is designed to solve the model. Simulation tesf based on practical production data shows that the proposed model and algorithm are effective.
