以双滚珠丝杠同步驱动轴为研究对象,在详细分析同步轴间负载耦合关系及丝杠与螺母的轴向、扭转耦合关系基础上,利用有限元结合集中参数法,从拉格朗日方程中导出双滚珠丝杠同步驱动轴动力学模型。通过模态分析,揭示了双滚珠丝杠同步驱动轴的动力学特性,为双轴同步控制提供了参考。最后在样机实测上通过系统辨识,验证了所建模型的准确性。
The dynamics model of a motion axis driven by a synchronous dual ball screw is reported in this paper.Based on a detailed analysis of the coupled inertia relationship between the dual ball screw,and the coupled axial and torsional vibration relationship between ball screw and nut,using lumped parameters methods and finite element method,it derives the dynamic model of the synchronous axis from Lagrange's Equation.The modal analysis reveals the dynamic characteristics and provides reference for synchronous controlling.Finally,the accuracy of the model has been verified by the system identification in the prototype test.
