The expression of electric charge distribution on the surface for an ellipsoidal conductor is presented by utilizing the electromagnetic scale-transformation and the space electromagnetic characteristic. This expression is agreement with that for a conductor sphere when the three semi-axis a, b and c are equal. Compared with research results in the literature, the results that were obtained from this study shows that it is better than that in the literature.
