建立纯电动公交车动力驱动系统模型,并经实车试验验证。在5种不同典型行驶工况下,以能耗最低为优化目标,采用动态规划方法求得最优换挡规律,结果表明5种工况下最优换挡规律基本一致。根据动态规划换档规律提取可用于实车控制的双参数换挡控制策略,并进行前向动力学仿真,结果表明,与原车换挡策略相比,优化后的双参数换挡策略能更有效地降低能耗。
A power train model for a battery electric bus is built and validated by real vehicle tests. With minimizing energy consumption as optimization objective,the optimal gear shifting rules under five different driving cycles are found by applying dynamic programming. The results show that the optimal gear shifting rules are basically identical among five driving cycles. A two-parameter gear shifting algorithm for real vehicle control is extracted from the rear shifting rule obtained by dynamic programming,and a forward dynamic simulation is performed with a result indicating that compared with original gear shifting strategy,the optimized two-parameter gear shifting strategy can more effectively reduce the energy consumption of vehicle.
