作为吸收剂的降膜溴化锂溶液浓度的快速准确测量对传热传质的特性分析具有重大意义。在现有手动溴化锂溶液浓度测量装置的基础上,基于电磁力矩反馈平衡的原理设计了一种新型的数字式溶液浓度测量系统,设计分析了系统的各组成部分并进行了相关的实验研究,通过该系统可实现降膜后溴化锂溶液浓度自动测量。
Quick and accurate measurements of falling-firm absorbent LiBr liquor concentration is very important for the analysis of heat and mass transfer performances. A new digital liquor concentration measuring system with the Electromagnetic Torque Feedback was designed based on common manual balance, the structure of the system was described and the falling-firm liquor concentration can be obtained by the system automatically.
