采用完全液相法制备了不同Si/Al摩尔比的浆状一步法二甲醚合成催化剂,在搅拌式反应釜中对其催化性能进行了评价.通过XRD,NH3-TPD-MS,H2-TPR和XPS等方法表征了催化剂的体相结构和表面性质.结果表明,完全液相法制备的CuZnSiAl催化剂在反应前其活性组分Cu主要以低价态存在,Cu晶粒大小是影响其活性的主要原因,不同的Si/Al摩尔比导致催化剂的酸强度和酸量的变化,调节Si/Al摩尔比可以明显改善催化剂的稳定性,结果表明,最佳的Si/Al摩尔比应在1/8~1/3之间.
A series of Cu-Zn-Al-Si bifunctional catalysts with different Si/Al molar ratios were prepared by a novel method named complete liquid phase method,and the catalytic performance was evaluated in a slurry reactor.The catalysts were characterized by means of XRD,NH3-TPD-MS,H2-TPR and XPS.The results showed that Cu species was present as low-valence in the fresh catalysts prepared by complete liquid-phase technology.The grain size of Cu had major impact on the catalytic activity.The change of Si/Al molar ratio leads to the change of acid amount and acid strength,and adjusting the Si/Al molar ratio can improve the stability of catalysts.When the Si/Al molar ratios are between 1/8 and 1/3,the catalyst can obtain good performance and stablity.
