目的:探讨补阳还五汤口服加药浴并腰交感神经节切除对小腿腓肠肌湿质量的影响。方法:将80只SD大鼠制备坐骨神经损伤模型,造成Seddon II类损伤,按随机数字表法分为对照组40只和实验组40只。对照组钳夹及腰交感神经节切除;实验组钳夹后即用腰交感神经节切除并补阳还五汤口服加药浴治疗。观察钳夹前和钳夹后大鼠小腿腓肠肌湿质量。结果:治疗第2周时,对照组腓肠肌湿质量为(764.21±15.09)mg,而实验组为(834.23±13.43)mg。第4周时对照组为(805.31±13.43)mg,实验组为(903.23±13.53)mg。第6周时,对照组为(846.23±13.55)mg,实验组为(965.76±17.23)mg。治疗后各时期腓肠肌湿质量比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)结论:补阳还五汤口服加药浴并腰交感神经节切除有助于损伤神经肌肉质量的增加。
Objective:To explore the effect of Buyanghuanwu Soup and lumbar sympathetic ganglion resection on the wet quality of leg gastrocnemius muscle.Preparation methods:All 80 SD rats were made sciatic nerve injury and Seddon II damage.They were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,40 in each group.The control group forceps clip and lumbar sympathetic ganglion excision.The experimental group forceps clip and lumbar sympathetic ganglion resection combined with Buyanghuanwu Soup bath treatment.Observe the wet mass of rats before and after forceps clip.Results:The wet quality of control group and experimental group is(764.21±15.09) mg and(834.23±13.43) mg in 2 weeks.4 weeks in the control group was(805.31±13.43) mg and(903.23±13.53) mg in experimental group.6 weeks in the control group was(846.23±13.55) mg and(965.76±17.23) mg in experimental group.Compared the wet quality of leg gastrocnemius muscle after different periods,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Buyang Huanwu Soup combined with lumbar sympathetic ganglion resection contributes to neuromuscular weight increase.
