单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP-1)属于CC趋化因子家族的一个小细胞因子。近年来研究表明,MCP-1是重要的促炎细胞因子,在机体发生炎症时单核细胞、巨噬细胞、成纤维细胞、血管内皮细胞、B细胞、平滑肌细胞等都能分泌产生,且MCP-1对单核/巨噬细胞具有特异性趋化激活作用。尤其在类风湿性关节炎、肾小球肾炎、动脉粥样硬化、急性冠状动脉综合征、深静脉血栓等疾病的发生和发展过程中发挥重要作用。该文对MCP-1分子生物学和临床重要性的研究进展予以综述。
Monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1)is a small cell factor which belongs to the CC chemokine family of cytokines.Recent studies show that MCP-1 is an important proinflammatory cytokine involved in a variety of inflammatory responses.Under the inflammation in the body,monocytes,macrophages,fibroblast cells,endothelial cells,B cells,smooth muscle cells and many other cells can secrete MCP-1,and MCP-1 has specific chemokine activation to monocytes/macrophages.Especially,MCP-1 plays important roles in rheumatoid arthritis,glomerulonephritis,atherosclerosis,acute coronary syndrome,and deep vein thrombosis.Here is to make a review on the biology of MCP-1 molecular and its clinical importance.
