Eight novel organotin（Ⅳ） complexes were synthesized by the reactions of diphenyltin （or dibenzyltin） dichloride with corresponding sodium salts of arylaldehyde nicotinic hydrazones. The structures were characterized by ^1H NMR, IR and elemental analysis. These organotin complexes are heterocyclic five-coordinated containing nitrogen -oxygen coordination.
