Eight novel organotin(Ⅳ) complexes were synthesized by the reactions of diphenyltin (or dibenzyltin) dichloride with corresponding sodium salts of arylaldehyde nicotinic hydrazones. The structures were characterized by ^1H NMR, IR and elemental analysis. These organotin complexes are heterocyclic five-coordinated containing nitrogen -oxygen coordination.
