Cultivation of the high-quality interdisciplinary talents is one of priorities for the current higher education .This paper analyzes the status quo of the interdisciplinary top-notch talent training in Chinese universities and points out the existing problems in this respect .Then it puts forward some suggestions about how to further improve the training system of interdisciplinary engineering science and technology talents by using the different resources and advantages of universities ,enterprises and scientific research institutions .
