目的 探讨丹红提取物对大鼠脊髓型颈椎病动物模型的治疗作用机制。方法 取 SD 大鼠 30 只,建立大鼠脊髓型颈椎病动物模型,将大鼠分为正常对照组、模型组和实验组。实验组每天给予丹红提取物,正常对照组和模型组给予等体积的生理 盐水。于给药前及给药 4 周后进行改进 Rivlin 斜板实验,检测大鼠的运动功能。给药 4 周后处死大鼠,检测椎间盘组织中白细 胞介素 6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子 α(TNF-α)和 bcl-2 的表达情况。 结果 斜板实验表明,给药 4 周后实验组斜板度数有所增加,且 大于模型组。处死大鼠后发现模型组细胞因子的表达量高于实验组,bcl-2 的表达量低于实验组。结论 丹红提取物可以缓解脊髓型颈椎病。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic mechanism of Dan Hong in a rat model of cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM). Meth- oils Thirty Sprague-Dawley rats were divided into an experimental group (n = 10) ,a CSM model group (n = 10) ,and a control group (n = 10). The CSM model group received a Dan Hong injection, while the control and experimental groups received an injection of an equivalent volume of physiological saline. The motor function of the rats was assessed before administration and at 4 weeks after administration, at which time the rats were sacrificed. The expression of cytokines and bcl-2 was detected by ELISA and Western blotting. Results Four weeks after treatment, the number of oblique plates in the experimental group increased. Additionally, the expression of cytokines (IL-6 and TNF-α) in the CSM model group was higher and the expression of bcl-2 was lower. Conclusion Dan Hong injection can reduce the inflammatory response and reduce cell apoptosis in CSM.
