在大岗山森林生态系统定位研究站,采用LI-6400便携式光合测定仪,测定了CO2浓度短期升高对银杏(G inkgo bilobaL.)当年生叶片光合生理生态特性的影响。结果表明,当CO2浓度为750μmol.mol-1时,银杏当年叶片净光合速率(Pn)、水分利用率(WUE)、光饱和点(LSP)、表观量子效率(AQY)比CO2浓度为375μmol.mol-1时的对应值分别提高了32.6%、79.1%、16.7%、7.9%;而光补偿点(LCP)、气孔导度(Cond)、蒸腾速率(Tr)则分别降低了25.0%、46.2%、25.0%。这说明CO2浓度短期升高能够促进银杏的生长,但对其长期影响尚有待于进一步研究。
