The integrated construction, PROFIBUS-DP communication and closed-loop control strategy of the hydraulic actuator control system were described, and thousands of samples were tested through closed-loop control, secure position and varying load follow-up examination. Extensive tests show positioning accuracy and dynamic performance of the control system meet the needs of project, it has reasonable structure and good practicability.
