航空维修的特点给虚拟维修带来了特殊需求,这些需求是国内现有的虚拟维修系统无法满足的。为了解决这个问题,提出了一个面向航空装备的虚拟维修系统体系结构,并基于DELMIA软件进行了系统实现。系统主要由维修环境创建、维修仿真、维修性分析、评估与报告、数据管理与维护共5个功能模块组成。以某型直升机主旋翼桨叶更换为例,对系统进行了验证。
The characteristics of aviation maintenance brought on special requirements for virtual maintenance,and those requirements couldn't be satisfied in the current domestic virtual maintenance systems.To solve the problem,a framework of aviation virtual maintenance system oriented to aviation assembly was presented.Besides,the system was implemented based on Delmia software.The system consisted of five function modules: maintenance scenario creation,maintenance simulation,maintainability analysis,evaluation and report,data management and maintenance.Taking main rotor blade replacement of a certain helicopter as an example,all functions of the system were demonstrated.
