This paper presents the Web Service API （OntoThesaurus-API） of OTCSS （OntoThesaurus Co-construction and Sharing System）. OntoThesaurus-API consists of sixteen common interfaces in seven groups, which are used for terminology services from machine to machine. They can be expanded according to new requirements. Taking the application of OntoThesaurus-API to OPAC as an example ,the paper also expounds the usage of OntoThesaurus-API. Finally, it makes a prospect of applying the OntoThesaurus-API to other fields.
