在全球价值链理论、比较优势和竞争优势理论的基础上,结合收集到的海关数据,比较了不同性质企业的产业贡献、出口额全球前5的国家(地区)服装的单位价值,分析了在金融危机冲击下不同性质的服装企业的表现,分析结果表明:中国服装产业,尤其是中国服装本土企业竞争力是脆弱的。鉴于此,在较长的时期内,中国政府要从民生的高度定位服装产业;培育和提升本土企业竞争力;倡导从价值链的各个节点突破,力求开创多方位的升级之路。
Scientific evaluation is the very base for upgrade discussion.The article tries to disclose the fog on China's apparel industry.Based on global value chain theory,comparative advantage theory and competitive advantage theory and data collected from customs office,it discuses the industrial contribution of different types of apparel companies,unit value of top five countries with highest export of apparel.The article argues that international competitiveness of apparel firms is still fragile and Chinese government should keep attaching importance to labor-intensive industries,cultivate local enterprises.It also encourages upgrading from every node of value chain of apparel industry.
