基于能力的人力资源管理理念是适应知识经济时代的产物。以人才选拔模式为研究对象,通过各种理论对基于能力的人才选拔模式进行了深入剖析,发现尽管我国企业目前常采用的基于能力的人才选拔模式能够较准确地选拔出人才、提供人才衡量标准、时间成本较低,但从人才特征的稳定性和发展性等角度,这种人才选拔模式在工作绩效、人才培养和人才保留等方面均存在一些缺陷。最后文章提出了相应的改进对策。
The idea of competency-based human resources management is produced as the coming of knowledge economy era.The paper analyzed the model of personnel selection through a variety of theories.It showed that Chinese enterprises often used the capacity-based inverted triangle pattern to select the talented people,which,was thought to be able to distinguish from the talent more accurately.However,from the perspectives of the human characteristic's stability and development,this personnel selection pattern had some fatal flaws in some aspects such as the job performance,the personnel training and the talent retaining.Finally the paper put forward the corresponding countermeasures.
