This article will take the three axis NC machine tool as the research object,establish the corresponding error model,deduce the error expression of NC machine tool operation,according to the error expression of NC machine tool operation respectively establish a single shaft,plane and space accuracy reliability functions,then use AFOSM method and Monte Carlo method on the analysis of accuracy reliability and sensitivity.The above analysis has important guiding significance and the reference value to improve machining accuracy.
