讨论了基于演化经济学视角研究组织能力及组织适应性的不足,分析了认知、行为与学习的关系,阐明了认知在战略选择中所起的重要作用,提出管理认知应包涵逻辑演绎、规则搜索及类比三个要素,并对不同环境下组织应采用的战略决策方式进行了讨论,最后结合和谐管理理论思想提出了在环境呈现复杂多变特征时组织战略制定应采取的步骤。
We identify the shortage of organizational capability and organizational adaptation research based on evolutionary economics perspective. We consider the cognition plays an important role in strategy choice and analyze the relation among cognition, behavior and learning. By using the cognition science by reference, we propose the management cognition is including deduction, role search and analogy. We discussed the strategy choice under different organization environments and propose the process of strategy making under complex and turbulence environment under HeXie Management Theory framework.
