通过在钢/铝复合材料界面添加Si、Zn、Mn、Ni微量合金元素来增强钢/铝界面的结合强度,提高钢/铝复合材料的应用性能。对合金化界面进行了剥离强度的测试,并用XRD检测了结合界面的微观结构。结果表明Si、Zn界面微合金化处理能显著提高钢/铝复合板界面性能。
Through adding microalloy as Si, Zn, Mn and Ni to the interface of St-Al Bimetallic Plate to strengthen the intensity of St-Al bimetallic interface, the applied capacity of the St-Al compound is enhanced. The stripping intensity of the alloy interface is tested and the microstructure of the interface is analyzed 'with XRD technique. The result shows Si and Zn interfacial mircoalloy treatment can notably enhance the capability of St-Al bimetallic plate.
