为了提高大秦重载铁路运输系统一体化协同作业的效率,考虑客户运输需求的重要性和大秦铁路树型运输系统的能力约束,建立大秦重载铁路运输系统的供需匹配优化模型。该模型的目标函数是使具有不同重要程度的客户运输需求与大秦重栽铁路运输系统的运输供给能力的匹配程度最大,约束条件是大秦铁路集疏运各子系统的能力。结合大秦重载铁路运输系统的树型结构特点和实际运输组织过程,说明该模型是整数线性规划模型,考虑变量在整数范围内的连续性。设计了基于贪心选择策略的求解算法。算例分析证明了模型和算法的有效性。该模型可用于类似大秦铁路树型结构重载运输系统的供需匹配优化。
Aiming to improve the performance of the integrated collaboration in Datong--Qinhuangdao heavy haul railway freight transportation system (Daqin), an optimization model was established for matching the de mand and supply of freight transportation in Daqin. The significance of customers' transport demand and the ca pacity of Daqin' s transport supply were taken into consideration in this model. The objective function of the model is to maximize the matching degree of different demands with different importance and the supply capacity affered by Daqin, and the constraints are the supply capacity of each subsystem. Considering the tree - like transport network of Daqin and the practical transport organization process, this model was demonstrated as an in teger linear programming model, and a greedy - strategy - based algorithm was designed to find the optimal solu tion considering the continuity of the variables in the range of integers. The results show that the model and the algorithm are effective. This model can be used to optimize the demand -supply matching in a tree -like trans portation system.
