针对水泥基修补料易产生扩展度损失等问题,研究了粉煤灰、矿渣粉、熟石灰和石英粉等掺合料掺量对水泥基修补料30min扩展度损失的影响;采用扩展度和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)试验,分析影响规律和机理。结果表明,粉煤灰、矿渣粉、熟石灰等量取代水泥后,修补料的初始扩展度相对净浆都是增大的,最大增幅分别可达到25.9%、29.7%、22.8%,30min扩展度保留值相对净浆也是增大的,最大增幅分别为31.5%、30.8%、23.9%;而用石英粉等量取代水泥时,初始扩展度相对同等条件下的净浆是提高的,粉胶比为0.2时达到最大增幅28.9%,但是此时修补料的30min扩展度小于同等条件下净浆的扩展度0.9%,随着粉胶比的进一步加大,此比例逐渐增大,最大达24.8%。因此采用合适的掺量时用掺加掺合料的方法来提高修补料的扩展度是可行的。
Aiming at the problem of the slump flow loss of cement-based patching materials, the effect of the content of admixtures, such as fly ash, mineral powder, slaked lime powder and quartz powder on the 30-minute slump flow loss was studied. The slump flow test and the scanning electron microscope (SEM) were adopted to analyze the rules and the mechanism of the 30 minute slump flow less. The results show that after the replacement of cement with in equal amount, compared with the paste, the initial slump flow of the cement-based patching material increased. The maxi- mum growth rate can reach 25.9% , 29.7% and 22. 8% , respectively. Compared with the paste, the 30-minute slump flow remain level also increased. The maximum increment reach 3l. 5%, 30. 8% and 23.9% , respectively. But when the cement was replaced by the quartz powder, the initial slump flow increased in the same condition. When the ratio of quartz powder to cement is 0. 2, the maximum increment can reach 28.9% , but the 30-minute slump flow remain of cement based patching materials is 0. 9% less than that of the reference paste in the same conditions. As the ratio of quartz powder to cement increased further, the slum flow increase proportionally with a maximum of 24. 8%. Therefore, it is practical by adopting the admixtures with appropriate dosages to improve the slump flow of the cement based patching materials for cement pavement cracks.
