连杆机构作为一种典型的传动机构在航空航天结构中有着广泛应用。基于直接线性法建立了连杆机构在确定机构位置时的偏差传递模型,考虑了连杆零件的位置度公差和机构中的销孔配合间隙、按照圆公差方式进行简化,并基于该偏差分析模型对机构运动的转动偏差进行分析。分别采用多种方法计算机构的角度转动偏差,验证了本文方法的可行性。
As a typical transmission mechanism, linkage mechanisms are widely used in aerospace structures. In this article, the Direct Linear Method (DLM) is used to establish variation transmission and analysis model of the linkage mechanism at a certain position. The parts' positional tolerances and fit clearances between hole and pin have been taken into consideration, and viewed as " circular tolerances". A numerical simulation ibr a four-linkage mechanism is citied to verify the feasibility of the tolerance analysis method, and motion angle variation is calculated with worst case method, statistical method and theMonto-Carlo method.
