首先分析了设备运行过程中的不同劣化状态,提出了基于扩展随机Petri网的设备运行、劣化和维修过程建模方法,由于扩展随机Petri网的变迁可适应任意分布,因此所提方法能更加准确地反映设备的运行过程。然后在此基础上,采用基于行为表达式的方法分析了在不同维护策略下的设备可用度和激发速率之间的函数关系,该方法可有效地避免Petri网可达图状态爆炸的问题,使得分析过程更加清晰。最后通过实例分析,证明了该方法的有效性。
Different degradation states of equipment on operation were firstly analyzed, and then the modeling method of operation processes, degradation and maintenance based ESPN was present. Due to the applicability of ESPN to arbitrary distribution,it can reflect the operation process of equip-ment more accurately. On the basis of above, the analysis method based on behavior expressions was adopted to analyze the relationship between equipment availability and fire rate under different mainte-nance strategies. The method can avoid the state explosion problem of Petri net effectively,and make the analysis process more clearly. Finally, through the case study, the effectiveness was verified.
