如何有效地的预测和控制宽展,是大型环件热辗扩领域迫切需要解决的重要课题。本文采用热力耦合三维有限元法,从变形区当量形状参数角度出发,研究工艺因素对大型环件热辗扩成形中宽展的影响规律和机制。结果表明:不同工艺因素下宽展的变化是变形区当量形状参数变化的综合作用结果;减小相对压下量或者驱动辊转速,增大芯辊进给速度或环件初始温度均有利于环件端面质量的提高,也使得轴向宽展减小。
How to effectively predict and suppress axial spread has become an important subject in the field of hot rolling of large ring. In the paper, from the viewpoint of the equivalent shape parameters of deformation zone, the effects of process factors on spread are revealed in hot rolling of large ring using the coupled thermo-mechanical three-dimensional finite element method. The main results show that the variation of spread with process factors is the composite effects of the variations of the equivalent shape parameters of deformation zone and that decreasing the relative reduction or the rotational speed of driver roll, or increasing the feed rate of idle roll or the initial temperature is helpful to improve the end-plane quality of the ring, but causes the spread to reduce.
