结合山西晋城地区煤田水文地质勘察钻孔施工中所遇到的孔壁坍塌掉块与缩径问题,进行了聚合物型无固相泥浆配方的优选与推广应用。通过正交实验确定了聚合物无固相泥浆的主剂与交联剂加量。该泥浆具有较强固壁作用和较好剪切稀释能力,能显著提高风化、破碎等复杂地层的成孔质量,配合冲击回转钻进,可大幅度提高液动冲击器的使用寿命。
In order to solve the problem of bore-hole wall collapse and shrinkage in coal-field hydrological drilling exploration in Jincheng area, Shanxi Province, polymer solid-free mud was popularized by formula optimizing. Host agent and crosslinking agent a-mount was obtained by orthogonal test. This mud had better solid-wall effect and shear attenuation ability, which could improve largely pore-forming quality in rotten and cracked layer, and could largely increase utilization life of hydro-hammer, cooperated with percussion drilling.
