采用条元法分析了异步轧制条件下金属在变形区内的变形情况,建立了适用于异步轧制的轧制压力公式及中性点坐标公式,并在计算摩擦力时考虑了粘着区的存在。通过仿真分析,得到了异步轧制条件下变形区内摩擦力的分布规律及应力、应变的分布规律,最后分析了不同速比对等效应力的影响以及不同入口厚度对轧制压力的影响。
A three-dimensional metal forming by the cross shear rolling is developed using the strip element method. First, the unit rolling force formula and the neutral point coordinates formula are derived. The derived formulae are suitable for the cross shear rolling, and the calculation of the friction by considering adhesion. Second, the distribution regularities of the stress, the strain, and the frictional force in deformation zone by the cross shear rolling are obtained by the simulation analysis. Finally, the effect of different ratio on the equivalent force and the effect of different entrance thickness on the rolling pressure are analyzed.
