Chinese medicine treatment plays an important role in advanced colorectal cancer treatment.Chinese medicine treatment of advanced colorectal cancer can improve the clinical symptoms,quality of life and immune status;attenuate synergistic effect of radiotherapy and chemotherapy;prevent tumor recurrence and metastasis and prolong survival time and improve the survival rate.The treatments include pure Chinese medicine therapy,integrative medicine therapy and direct rectal administration method.The article reviews the clinical research of Chinese medicine treatment of advanced colorectal cancer from the perspective of survival time and survival rate.
