目的研究肺筋草Aletrisspicata全草的化学成分。方法利用正、反相硅胶柱色谱、薄层色谱、SephadexLH一20柱色谱及半制备高效液相色谱等方法进行分离纯化,然后根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构,并对其中的三萜类化合物(化合物1~3)进行了抗肿瘤活和抗菌活性初步筛选。结果从肺筋草的干燥全草中分离得到了9个化合物,分别鉴定为24-甲基-9,19-环羊毛甾-24-烯-3-醇(1)、24-甲基-9,19.环羊毛甾-25-烯-3-醇(2)、24,24-二甲基.环木菠萝烷-3-醇(3)、美商陆酚A(4)、异美商陆酚A(5)、9'-methylamericanolA(6)、1-(4r_羟基苯基)-7-(3”-甲氧基-4"-羟基苯基)-4-烯-3-庚酮(7)、methyl-9.12.13-trihydroxyoctadeca-10E,15Z-dienoate(8)、5-羟甲基-2-呋喃甲醛(9)。结论所有化合物均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。化合物1~3无抗肿瘤和抗菌活性。
Objective To study the chemical constituents ofAletris spicata. Methods The compounds were isolated and repeatedly purified by silica gel, TLC, and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography as well as semi-Prep HPLC, and their structures were elucidated by means of spectral analysis and physicochemical properties. The antitumor and antibacterial activities of triterpenoids (compounds 1--3) were primarily screened. Results Nine compounds were obtained and identified as 24-methyl-9, 19-cyclolanost- 24-en-3-ol (1), 24-methyl-9, 19-cyclolanost-25-en-3-ol (2), cycloneolitsol (3), americanol A (4), isoamericanol A (5), 9'-methyl americanol A (6), 1-(4'-hydroxyphenyl)-7-(Y'-methoxyl-4"-hydroxyphenyl)-heptene-4-en-3-one (7), methyl-9, 12, 13-trihydroxy- octadeca-10E, 15Z-dienoate (8), and 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furancarboxaldehyde (9). Conclusion All the compounds are isolated from the plants in Aletris L. for the first time. No anti-tumor and anti-bacterial activities are found in compounds 1--3.
