甲基苯基二氯硅烷(MePhsiCl2)是一种重要的功能性有机硅单体,在合成特种有机硅及制备改性高分子材料方面具有广阔的应用前景。本文简述和分析了采用缩合法、格氏法、歧化法及裂解法等工艺制备MePhSiCl2的技术路线及特点,认为对有机硅工业而言采用高沸物二硅烷制备MePhSiCl2是一种可持续发展技术工艺。并对MePhSiCl2在制备甲基苯基硅油、甲基苯基硅橡胶、甲基苯基硅树脂及聚硅烷材料中的应用前景进行介绍。
Methylphenyldichlorosilane was an important functional organicsilicon monomer, and it had broad application prospects in the synthesis and modification of special silicone synthetic polymer materials. The technical routes and features of preparing methylphenyldichlorosilane were summarized and analyzed, such as condensation method, Grignard method, disproportion method and cleavage method. How to prepare methylphenyldichlorosilane by high-boiling disilanes was a sustainable development technical process to the organic silicone industry. At last, the application of the functional organicsilicon monomer in the synthesis of organicsilicon polymer materials was discussed, such as methylphenyi silicone resin, silicone rubber, silicone fluid and new type of photoelectric materials.
