通过对不同土壤湿度和种子播种深度实验,研究了小丛红景天种子的萌发规律.结果表明:在实验室条件下,小丛红景天种子在19~30℃之间均可萌发,但在(23±1.5)℃下种子萌发率最高;在土壤湿度相同的条件下,播种深度为2mm的种子萌发率远高于播种深度为6mm的萌发率;土壤湿度是影响小丛红景天种子萌发的最重要的生态因子,在一定范围内,土壤湿度越大,种子的萌发率越高,反之,则越低.
Effect of soil moisture and soil depth on seed germination rate was investigated for Rhodiola dumulosa. It was found that R. dumulosa seeds germinated at temperatures from 19 to 30℃, the optimal temperature being (23±1.5)℃. With identical soil moisture, seed germination at a sowing depth of 2 mm was higher than at 6 mm. It is conluded that within a certain range, higher soil moisture generally results in higher germination rate for R. dumulosa seeds.
