Continuous query processing over social streams has a wide range of applications.However,the problem is not intensively studied. This paper built a model of the continuous que-ry problem over social streams. Data characteristics, types and distributions of workload, andperformance measurements, were introduced. Furthermore, a benchmarks on this problem waspresented. This work is important for system selection and comparison of technologies for socialstream processing.
