针对目前海洋设施中使用的两类铝合金存在的严重腐蚀问题,通过室内挂片和电化学试验,结合微观分析,研究了铝合金的腐蚀特性及其主要微观影响因素。结果表明:在3%NaCl溶液中,1413铝合金表现为强烈的点蚀倾向,5056铝合金则倾向于均匀腐蚀;1413铝合金中含有数量较多的第二相与第二相中的Si、Fe元素,导致其具有点蚀倾向性,而5056铝合金中第二相含量相对少很多,其腐蚀行为由基体元素决定,表现为均匀腐蚀。
The corrosion behavior and its main influencing factors of two Al-alloys in sea environment were analyzed by salt water dip test,electrochemical test and microstructure measurement. The results showed that in 3% NaCl solution,pitting corrosion generated in alloy 1413 because it has more second phases containing Fe,Si,general corrosion occured in alloy 5056 which has little second phases.
