通过分析未来我国中心城市的布局结构,提出了划分物流功能区域的方法;同时以物流园区的布局与城市的布局结构相适应为约束条件,以物流园区建设成本、管理运营成本和配送成本三种成本构成的总成本最小化为目标函数,构建了物流园区数量确定和选址规划的约束非线性模型,并对模型进行了相应的算法研究;最后,通过实例对该模型和算法进行了验证分析。
Firstly, the author analyzes the space structure of center city in the future, and proposes the methods of dividing about logistics function zone are raised; Then the model of the controlling non - linear is established, and the relevant algorithm is also researched, based on regarding the minimum of the total cost of the construct, the management and the distribution as objective function, and regarding logistics location coordinating with the space structure of center city as restrain condition. Finally, the model and the algorithm are tested and verified by instance.
