近年来,随着角膜屈光手术技术的蓬勃发展及社会生活水平的提高,角膜屈光手术已成为治疗近视的主流手段。该手术因角膜瓣的制作及对角膜的切削,减少了角膜厚度,削弱了角膜生物力学完整性,对术后眼压、生物力学性能产生影响,也可能导致继发性圆锥角膜、角膜扩张等并发症的发生。本文结合角膜生物力学特性,就眼反应分析仪(Ocular Response Analyzer,ORA)的原理,测量特点以及在准分子激光角膜屈光手术中的应用进行综述。
With the flourishing of surgical techniques and improvement of social living standard in recent years, corneal refractive surgery has become a major approach for myopia correction. By means of flap formation and laser ablation, this type of surgery reduces corneal thickness and breaks down its biomechanical integrity, and hence influences postoperative intraocular pressure and biomechanical features. It may also cause complications such as secondary keratoconus and keratectasia. Combined with the corneal biomechanical properties, this article comprehensively reviewed the the principles and measurement characteristics of ocular response analyzer(ORA) as well as the application of ORA in corneal refractive surgery.
